The online registration form should be completed if paying by credit card. For check or purchase order registration, download and return the registration form.
Registration is $545 per course if you register by May 15; between May 15-31, registration is $600 per course. Registrations received after May 31 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Course fees include course-related materials, breakfast, and lunch.
