Abstract:


This article reviews the literature in seven topic areas in order to provide School District 112 in Minnesota with a document to provoke discussion and questions as well as aid in decision making. The topics covered include school size, class size, planning and design, transitions, kindergartens, multiple use facilities, and technology in schools. The report also offers a set of five recommendations based upon findings in the reviewed literature.
