Abstract:
This document is a transcript of an interview conducted by Theresa Perry with Dr. Beverly Mitchell and Dr. Linda Stelly. Dr. Mitchell is a veteran educator within the Orleans Parish public school system and the former president of the United Teachers of New Orleans. Dr. Stelly is a New Orleans resident and the Associate Director for Educational Issues for the American Federation of Teachers.
