Here is a test page with a link to an anchor on another page.  This link is just like any other link, with the exception that it is appended with “#anchorname” at the end of it.  In this case, I put an anchor right in front of your name on the Staff page called “amymahfouz“.

So, to link back to that page’s anchor, I’d grab the link to that page, http://www.coweninstitute.com/about/who-we-are/staff, and add “#amymahfouz“:

http://www.coweninstitute.com/about/who-we-are/staff#amymahfouz
